    North and Central India Tour Itinerary

    1. Day 01: Delhi Arrival

      Welcome to Colourful India. On arrival at Airport you will be received by our representative and assisted to your hotel. Overnight at hotel.

    2. Day 02: Delhi – Mandawa drive (250 Km)

      After breakfast tour of Delhi visit Raj Gath, Humayun Tomb, India Gate and drive past Parliament house, President house and visit Qutub Minar. Later drive to Mandawa, check into hotel for 01 night stay.

    3. Day 03: Mandaw – Bikaner drive (190 Km)

      After breakfast drive to Mandawa, upon arrival check-in at hotel for 01 night stay. Evening visit to village & there are a number of fascinating havelis in Mandawa, all of them adorned with beautiful wall paintings. Overnight at hotel.

    4. Day 04: Bikaner – Jaisalmer drive (330 Km)
       

      Breakfast & drive to Bikaner, arrival transfer to hotel for 01 night stay. Evening sightseeing of Bikaner visit Junagarh Fort, Lallgarh Palace & Camel breeding farm. Overnight at hotel.

    5. Day 05: Jaisalmer

      Breakfast at hotel and later proceed to sightseeing of Jaisalmer Fort, Nathmal ki Haveli, Patwon ki Haveli & Gadisar Lake. Evening experience the camel ride & Sunset at Sam Sand Dunes. Overnight at hotel.

    6. Day 06: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur drive (280 Km/ 5.5 hrs) & Train to Jaipur at 16.25 / 21.15 hrs 
       

      After breakfast drive to Jodhpur, on arrival visit Mehrangarh Fort. Later transfer to Jodhpur railway station for train to Jaipur. Arrival transfer to hotel for 02 nights stay
    7. Day 07: Jaipur

      After breakfast proceed for excursion to Amber Fort in the outskirts of Jaipur followed by Elephant ride to the fort. Stop for photography at Jal Mahal, Palace of Winds better known as Hawa Mahal, City Palace Museum and Jantar Mantar (Observatory).

      Later walled city tour by walk

      Start point : from City Palace via Tripolia Gate (Entrance gate of Royal Family), covering the beautiful Jaipur city centre with daily routine colourful life and vibrating pink city, old Bazaars from spices to the exquisite Jaipur savior, visit Bangles street from the smell of tea spices with flower Incenses street. Ending with beautiful city view.

      Evening Complimentary dinner with Indian Family in Jaipur with cooking demo. Overnight at hotel in Jaipur.

    8. Day 08: Jaipur – Agra drive (240 Km) via Abhaneri / Fatehpur Sikri

      Breakfast and drive to Agra, en-route visit Abhaneri (95 Km from Jaipur): The small village of Abhaneri has one of India’s deepest and largest step wells (also known as tank gardens). Step wells are unique to India. They were used as cool places of resort, as pools for ritual cleansing before a temple visit and as a water supply for dry weather. There is a temple adjoining the step well.

      And visit Fatehpur Sikri (40 Km from Agra) (old deserted town of Mughal Dynasty) visiting The Buland Darwaza / Palace of Jodha Bai / Birbal Bhawan & Panch Mahal. On arrival check-in at hotel for 01 night stay.

    9. Day 09: Agra – Gwalior drive (120 Km)

      Taj visit by sunrise. Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) – the most extravagant monument ever built for love Mumtaj Mahal by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1633. Back to hotel for breakfast and visit Agra Fort.

      Later drive to Gwalior, check into hotel for 01 night stay. Afternoon visit Gwalior Fort, Teli Ka Mandir and Sas Bahu Temple. Overnight at hotel.

    10. Day 10: Gwalior – Indore drive (500 Km)

      After breakfast drive to Indore, on arrival transfer to hotel for 02 nights stay. Relax and overnight at hotel.

    11. Day 11: Indore

      Leisurely breakfast at hotel and later visit visit Khajrana Ganesh Temple, Annapurna Temple and Kanch Mandir: The Kanch Mandir also known as Glass Temple is an exquisite example of a marvel in glass. Rest of the day free for on own and overnight at hotel.

    12. Day 12: Indore – Mandu – Omkareshwar drive (210 Km)

      Morning breakfast at hotel and drive to Mandu, visit Jahaz Mahal (Ship Palace), Hindola Mahal, Hoshang Shah’s Tomb, Baz Bahadur’s Palace, Roopmati’s Pavilion and Rewa Kund. Later continue drive to Omkareshwar, check into hotel for 01 night stay. Evening visit Temple.  Overnight at hotel.

      Omkareshwar, the sacred island, shaped like the holiest of all Hindu symbols, ‘Om’, has drawn to it hundreds of generations of pilgrims.

    13. Day 13: Omkareshwar – Bhopal drive (260 Km)
       

      After breakfast visit temple and drive to Bhopal, check into hotel for 02 nights. Later excursion (50 Km – one way) to Bhimbetka rock shelters are an archaeological World Heritage site. Evening drive back to Bhopal and overnight at hotel.
    14. Day 14: Bhopal

      After breakfast half day city tour, visit Jama Masjid, Shaukat Mahal & Sadar Manzil, State Archaeological Museum and later an excursion to Sanchi known for its “Stupas. It is the location of several Buddhist monuments dating from the 3rd century BCE to the 12th CE and is one of the important places of Buddhist pilgrimage. Overnight at hotel. Relax and overnight at hotel.

    15. Day 15: Bhopal – Delhi – Onward Journey by Flight

      Breakfast and departure transfer to airport for flight to Delhi and further flight back to home.
