07 Days Golden Triangle Tour with Varanasi Itinerary

1. Day 01: Welcome to Delhi
   
   As you arrive at the IGI airport in Delhi, our representative will greet you in a traditional way with a garland showcasing the warmth of true Indian hospitality. You will be then transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.
2. Day 02: Delhi – Agra drive (205 Km/ 3 hrs) using expressway
   
   As this is private tour so sightseeing time customized according to your convenience.
   Visit India Gate a war memorial (originally called the All India War Memorial). Drive past President house and Parliament House. Qutub Minar – which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in the Mehrauli. It is also known as the Tower of victory. Construction of Qutab Minar was started in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak. Later on his successor Iltumish further three storeys. Humayun’s Tomb – This mausoleum was constructed in the year 1570 by Mughal emperor Humayun’s wife Bega Begum. It was the first garden-tomb in India, which inspired several major architectural buildings constructed on later stage.
   Later drive to Agra, check into hotel for 01-night stay.
3. Day 03: Agra – Jaipur drive (240 Km/ 6 hrs) via Abhaneri
   
   Early morning Get ready for an amazing Taj visit by sunrise. Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) is an epitome of true love built by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal Back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast check out from hotel and visit. Afternoon visit magnificent Agra Fort constructed by Mughal Emperor Akbar which is made of Sand Stone.
   Later, leave for Jaipur and en-route you will visit the rustic town of Abhaneri. Abhaneri is highly popular for housing majestic looking stepwells. You witness one of India’s deepest and largest step wells here. Capture these intricately made stepwells in your camera lens. In ancient times, these wells used to supply water to the village during dry season.Continue drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival, check into the hotel for an overnight stay.
4. Day 04: Welcome to Jaipur
   
   A splendid breakfast at your hotel and take a drive to the Pink city of Rajasthan, Jaipur. The city has numerous historical charms and takes you deep into the memory lanes. After breakfast proceed for excursion to Amber Fort in the outskirts of Jaipur followed by Elephant ride to the fort. Stop for photography at Jal Mahal. Later walled city tour by walk: The sightseeing tour starts with City Palace, a majestic palace flaunting a mix of Rajasthani and Mughal art and architecture. Next, you will visit the Jantar Mantar, housing nineteen architectural astronomical instruments set up here by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II. Hawa Mahal of Jaipur is a must-visit place standing right in the city centre. This red and pink sandstone monument has 953 small windows which were once used by royal women to observe everyday life and festivals celebrated in the street without being seen. The evening is free to explore the vibrant Bangle street of Jaipur city brimming with beautiful bangles, spices, Rajasthani attires, juttis, and much more. The day ends at Ramachandra ji temple with a beautiful city view.Special Activity: Evening dinner with an Indian family along with a cooking demo. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
5. Day 05: Jaipur – Varanasi by Flight
   
   Morning transfer to Jaipur airport for flight to Varanasi. As you arrive in Varanasi, you will be received by our representative & transferred to the hotel to unwind. During afternoon hours, get ready for an excursion to this city oozing serenity and spirituality. Varanasi holds great importance among Hindus and remains one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities on earth. You will visit Sarnath where Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Sarnath is a famous Buddhist pilgrimage destination visited by numerous Buddhism followers from all over the world. Evening prayer conducted here is extremely soul soothing. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
6. Day 06: Varanasi: The City of Ghats
   
   The day starts with a soothing boat ride on the pristine river Ganges to spot beautiful sunrise. Later, return to your hotel for breakfast and get ready to explore the city of Varanasi. The city is a charmer for those who believe in the seamless powers of spirituality. Visit the ancient ghats of Varanasi where devotees can be seen performing various rituals. Also, visit the local bazaars of Varanasi which tell a lot about the history of the place while treating you with lip smacking street food. 7. Day 07: Varanasi – Delhi – Onward Journey by Flight
   
   After breakfast, you will be transferred to Varanasi airport to catch a flight to Delhi from where you will continue your journey to your onward destination.
